They're supposed to come on Monday 24th... Then, in the house is quite busy.They worked so lately than usaul they do, prepare everything for newborn
I work in usaul. The first time that HM isn't at home when Yenni&Eleni are. Yaya slept over and took care of them with me. Everything is fine. HP called me around 11 o'clock to check. Then, in the afternoon, when Nana come over, we heard babies came already. I don't have much work. Eleni took a nap almost 2 hours twice. That's so good. Maybe, going outside, walking and playing hard make her sleep well. The weather today is very cool but there's sunshine. Even sunshine, I have smoke when I talked outside. Today I don't wear jacket inside the house. Wearing like summer, I hope I don't get a cold. We spent not too long time outside. It's very cold windy. If it's not windy, the weather is going to be perfect. Blue sky without clouds, ice on the grass, hard ground. Yesterday, there was snow but it's tiny. When the sun come out, ice melt. Yaya took Yenni to school and picked him up to somewhere. So, I was with Eleni most of the time. Eleni has a good nap, good meal(she ate more than usual, I have to tell her as "Can you have this?, one more and point to food, then she eat"). She's getting bigger. She can communicate with us. She can use some words even not too clear to speak out but she understand what she wanna say. "More!, No! NoNoNo, Yeah, water, Gala(milk), mommy, cookie, Soxth, Park, Sasha, Max, Maxine, Yani, Dada, Papu, Yaya, Nana, Yeeeeeen...." She can make her happy, angry, crying and surprised face. She also can make sounds of animals....right now, she likes monkey, tiger, lion, deer, rabbit, cat, dog.... For Yannis, he teased me " I don't play with you, I play with Eleni only! na nah na na nah~~" I don't know what he thinks, maybe jealous, need attention, need mommy etc. Just ignore him or ask him to do what surprised things. He's gonna forget it. Today, I worked from 8-8, very tired and the first time that I got extra. Talk to JP ll bit. ** I'm reading Gossip Girls, I follow it!! April 30 anniversary!!!!I leave evyone, my pals and fam on March 29th around 11.30 pm Right now it's the same time as that day, I've been here for a month safety and suvival, Yeah!!!! Today and yesterday was rained, it was quite cold about 4-7 celcious. Eleni hadn't a good last night, she cried many times, so mommy brang her to see doctor in other country. She didn't sick just had wax in her ears, many wax made her headache, as Dr. told. I met new au pair friend at Mcdonold playroom. He's Brazilian in Sleepy Hollow with 2 boys for taking care of. His kid is cute but shy to play with Yenni. Grandma drive us to school, while we were sitting in a car. Yenni ask Yaya(grandma) that do u listen to mommy (his mom)? He asked like this b-coz Mommy didn't talk with Yenni when we go back from hospital b-coz Yenni ran pass baby and hit her head. Mommy talked to him saying sorri to babi but he didn't listen. So, he get mommy silence.....after that Yenni try to say sorri, very sorri to mommy but nothing until we almost arrive the car and we have to cross a road, mommy told yenni watching out and hold his hand, he asked mommy back "why do u talk with me again?" :P again, he ask Yaya. She said no, she didn't listen your mommy. He say yes!!! u should listen mommy, Yaya said no again because she is mommi's mommy. Then Yenni says that "now there're 2 mommies, i've 2 mommies!!!!!!!" lol....What did he think? :D and I drive back. I feel better to drive. On the way, Yenni teach me play "pat-a-cake" and say "Neh" ..it's Yes in Greece April 28 sth sbould be betterI don't like sth in me. u know what???
It's a secret :P I should and attemp doing what I say. By the way, I was happy cooking. I like to cook.
April 26 Go out and outi go to Bronx Zoo with host family and their cousins, it's fun but exhauted. In the evening, Viky pick me up to Tompkin for my fisrt meeting. We join a self-defense class, to learn about STOP, what do u want?, get back, leave now to black man (Nic). I meet new friends but i can't remember their names, one is mariao or sth like that, she ask me my phone no. I, Viky and Anja go to Applebee's for dinner, i've shrimp only, other don't like :O i don't know. It's quite expensive, i must save money for shopping and travelling!!! Just reminding myself haha Viky drive us to our home, Anja is not far from me, Today is a going out day :) April 24 as usauli really love your comments, everybody!!!
It's just a basic english diary, Look!! it seems I kill English language LOL Host mom works in city again. Today, she drove by herself. Host dad told me in the morning that he would pick Yenni before lunch to his work and teach me how to use intercom of home phone instead of portable (sth like a radio, use to listen voice of babi when she's sleeping and we must go out of home shortly). Intercom is calling to same line when i want to go out, I just pick another one up and turn on speaker and put it near the bell. I take another one with me, so I can hear babi's voice :O It's a good idea of host mom. Yenni really love everything is pirate, he has a lot of friends are pirate guys. About 11.00am after Eleni fall asleep, I let him to the backyard. BUT, the home phone can't be used!!! what's wrong?? They want to charge on the base, there are no signal, I can't call out or anyone can't call me. OH!!! If they are NOT available, I can't leave babi in here, but I promise Yenni to go outside, he waits me at the door of playroom with 3 breads and a cup of soymilk. I call to host mom, she suggest me to open the windows and go out with him. It's little but I make a big!!! Today is beautiful, no wind and quite warm. Yenni plays with his pirate ship, he like to pretend sinking "Oh, the ship is sinking, I'm sinking, pirate guy are sinking!!!!" and he jump down to the ground and lay down on the grass. He want me is a kind of emergency or ambulance ship, help him and his pirate guys. We play this games around 3 times. Park and Soxtu, rottweiler and puppy, go out with us. Soxtu bother everyone, he like to sit on Yanni or babi's head!!! when he think he's playing, he like to walk around the kitchen to find sth eat, he walk around the house, barking, hold toys and shoes, he bite these stuff also...he just 6 months...babi puppy Yenni has Bagel bite for every lunch, and Eleni change her food from sereal and fruit cream to small pieces of pasta, magaroni, sausage and fruits....she likes watermelon, cantaloup, grapes and bananas. She is healthy, today she has big poo-poo twice a day and make a big gasssss, she get a long nap also about 2 hours, so she's happy. Eleni look like angel, she has a blond curve short hair, she is smaller than american kids, I think it's good because she eat a lot and take energy out a lot. She like songs, books, climb a ladder, drum, she is active. Today, she stand drumming for a long time, she try to stand up by herself but she doesn't walk more. She's really cute!!!! babi Cousins of host mom come over, we have dinner together, almost of people are greek, I like Greece, they have blue eye and blond hair and beautiful face. I also like host mom, she look good, she's beautiful and smart. April 23 meet other palsMy working time begins at 7.30 am, becaues host mom has to work at city. It's quite hard but I'm okay. Yenni wants to go outside everytime. He ask for David (a boy next door.), David and Yenni are good together, he has a small trackter which Yenni do like it very much. Yenni isn't let out alone, it's a rule and he knows. Today, he want to go to find David. (This week, their school off) But, babi is sleeping, I can't leave babi alone in the house. I can take him to grandma's David 's house for a few min and go back suddenly. If Yenni is with David or Maxine, it's okay. I don't have to follow him, just look or watch him sometimes. David's grandma is kind :)
Babi has a good nap in the morning almost 2 hours, we go to the backyard for play swing and Pirate ship. Yenni is a lot of energy. He can swing by himeself with a green one. He tell me LOOK!! LOOK!! what can he do? he can swing fast and high, for him :D When he can do anything by himself, he like to let other know and look what he can, and host mom give him like good job, cool, wow, excellent or sth that's surprising. I try to give him like this because it makes him happy and enjoy with the that thing. Host mom want me to pick her up at Yenni's Gym, I drive in the same way but it look different because most of trees are blooming, the road is colourful. Today, she tell me that i like to the left , maybe i still not familar with lane and type of roads, there are many wave because here is a hill. But I'll try the best. I should focus on the road and not be excited. If I drive everyda, it'll be better.
In the evening, Erika call to let me to the Starbuck to meet friends, she pick me up around 8 pm. I meet 2 other gals, one is Ina and another is a new onewho just came here about 2 weeks. They're talk about many things, it's general. I try to listen, I can understand but I don't know how to respond. everybody is younger than me, 19, 20,22. It's okay. We'll meet again on Friday night. And new gal will pick me up that day. Elika send me at home around 10 pm., we talk many things while driving, she can drive well, she's excited when I tell her that Thailand drive in left lane and now is about 35 celcios, oh...she comes rom Sweden, she say it's warm but I think it's very cold :D April 21 i do love 5 pmHost parents pick me up to Thai shop in Yankee city, 652... I do like sit in a car at 5 pm, everytime I do, I fall in love this time so bad. It's beautiful. It's relax time with a warm sunshine. We can meet family and have dinner and we just go back from school, we just laugh with our friends and say g'bye them, we just finish work, we exercise......we alive :)
Thai shop, it's small but i've many stuffs to cook. Host dad like spicy very much but host mom doesn't like spicy very much. We're excited. I feel fun. Owner is a Thai aunt, she's been here for 9 years, she has co-owner who brings every stuffs to shop. It's small, not various, sth not fresh. I think so :P I cook Pai-Thai for them, it's good...I think so again :D In a car, while we go back. Host parent tell me maybe next week we go to the city for Thai food....Oh!!! I'll plan manu to cook!!! Host mom ask me that do i have problem in here? I say I have no problem. I think it's not problem. I just have a hard time to feel comfortable...it's not problem. Host family is a kind of open, talk and share...Is' not over, not less. It's enough. I should be a kind of enough person. Someday I feel bad, someday I feel good. I wanna be more consistant than right now. I know because of my hopeness, expectation, ambitious or anything else that's over. I should be more calm...okay!! Now, I've 2 goals just two....don't care anything without these. 1. take care them 2. ENG with my happiness yeah!!! April 20 keep it and close iti almost to lost English feeling, now I've lived here for 3 weeks. It's okay. There iss a thing in my head that to take care of children. But, when I allow myself contact with Thai friends in Thai language and start to watch Thai serie, it makes me become in Thai mode again. Today, I talked with Tanablood, he warn and suggust me to be near Eng more. Leave everything is Thai for awhile. I'm from Thailand. I'm Thai even I go everywhere. This is for improvment myself...This is my reason. Keep it in my head :) April 18 too hard, it hurtToday, I'm too tired, too hard...I have a heavy cry last night, not homesick, I was okay but maybe I wash my mind. Today, he's hard, she's hard...I'm very tired, i feel so bad, just feel. Maybe I want to get some rest my mind again  |
